Engine Control Unit

Engine Control Unit

ECU is used as a controller for a diesel engine generator.

The engine controller is composed of receiving signals from the generator voltage frequency and rotation sensor, a microprocessor that calculates and processes the fuel and starter motor actuators and output interface according to the interface sequence.

The input device of the engine controller is a ‘sensor’. It collects data from various engine sensors such as the an oil pressure switch, coolant temperature switch, MPU speed sensor, and battery. Through operation processing on the input data, it controls various failures, fuel and starter motor actuator devices so that the engine generator can achieve the best performance.
